Anton is most famous for his 21 year reign as the the illustrious Head Chef of the world famous The Savoy. He led a brigade of 80 chefs and cooked up to 2,000 covers a day for guests such as the Queen, Princess Diana and President Clinton.
During this time he published ten books, including The Savoy Food & Drink Book and has made numerous TV and radio appearances. Anton has also taken part in food promotions at the Oriental Bangkok, the Four Seasons Los Angeles, the Hotel Okura, Tokyo and Hotel Pierre and Le Cirque in New York.
