Nestling in the heart of the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside, The Grove offers one of Wales’s finest gastronomic experiences. Cuisine at The Grove has won national awards, including AA rosettes, Wales Tourism Awards and a listing in the Good Food Guide 2011.
The man at the helm of The Grove’s kitchen is Head Chef Duncan Barham, whose passion and excitement for excellent food inspires and motivates all around him. Duncan’s style is a mix of modern British influenced by classical French techniques. He has fully embraced the ethos of eating locally, helping develop The Grove’s kitchen garden and exploring the numerous foraging opportunities in and around the 26 acres.
