Holm House is one of Cardiff’s finest and most eclectic boutique hotels, and the recent addition of Head Chef Grady Atkins to the team has been a feather in the cap for the luxury Penarth destination.

Grady started his career at the five star Hyde Park Hotel in London. As an apprentice, he spent three years under the watchful eyes of world renowned chefs Jean Michel Bonin and Jerome Dutois. From there Grady travelled to the US, where he worked in some of the country’s finest hotels including The Peninsula Beverly Hills. In 2008, Grady became Head Chef at Le Gallois, where he won three AA rosettes.
