Graham Tinsley MBE is passionate about Wales and Welsh produce. For eighteen years he’s been a member and team manager of the Welsh National Culinary Team – the most successful Welsh team in history. A founder of The North Wales Chefs Guild, Graham also directed the Welsh International Salon Culinaire to great success.
In January this year, Graham returned to Carden Park in Cheshire as Executive Head Chef, following an absence of ten years. Graham is passionate about using local and fresh ingredients in all the restaurants at Carden Park, a vast and luxurious resort. Graham is honoured to have cooked for the Royal Family on many occasions.
