Hywel Jones is Executive Chef at The Park restaurant and The Brasserie at Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, AA Hotel of the Year 2011. Since his appointment in 2004, Hywel has successfully raised the standards of the cuisine to a level that has resulted in a Michelin star for six successive years.
Having worked at some of London’s finest restaurants, Hywel earned his first Michelin star at Foliage restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. Prior to his move to Lucknam Park, he was Executive Chef at Pharmacy Restaurant in Notting Hill. Hywel was awarded Hotel Chef of the Year at the 2007 Hotel Catey Awards, and is a past Welsh champion on BBC 2’s Great British Menu. Lucknam Park Hotel also holds 5 AA rest stars, the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2012 and a Visit Britain Gold Award.
