Ludo’s at the Coopers
Ludo trained in France for over four years. His first job in the UK was in Maes y Neuadd, Harlech, where he spent three years under Peter Jackson, then head of the Welsh Culinary Team, before moving to Cardiff’s Le Gallois.
Ludo loves coming up with different flavours and it was these combinations that gained him praise from food critics and judges during his semi-final appearance on ‘Masterchef – The Professionals’ in 2009. Ludo has already achieved what many chefs aspire to, running his own restaurant Ludo’s at The Coopers with his partner Lowri, and with occasional help from his 19 month old daughter Ella.
