Richard Davies is the Executive Chef of the Bybrook Restaurant at the Manor House Hotel, Castle Combe – part of the Exclusive Hotels Collection. Richard and his team were awarded their first Michelin star in 2009 and have retained it for 2010 and 2011. Bybrook was recently named ‘Wiltshire Restaurant of the Year’ and voted one of Square Meal’s best 50 restaurants outside of London.
Carefully combining the finest local ingredients with produce from the hotel’s very own kitchen garden, Richard crafts culinary masterpieces complemented by a cellar boasting an AA acclaimed wine list.
