Manor House Hotel
Richard Davies is the Executive Chef of the Bybrook Restaurant at the Manor House Hotel, Castle Combe- part of the Exclusive Hotels Collection. Richard and his team were awarded their first Michelin star in 2009 and have successfully retained it for three years. Richard’s no stranger to Michelin starred restaurants having also spent time at two Michelin starred ‘The Vineyard At Stockross’ and three years at three Michelin starred restaurant, ‘Gordon Ramsey’. In 2010, 2012, and 2013 Richard has represented Wales on BBC 2’s popular culinary show ‘ Great British Menu’; an experience he counts as one of the highlights of his career.
Combining the finest local ingredients with produce from the hotel’s very own kitchen garden, Richard crafts culinary masterpieces complemented by a cellar boasting an AA acclaimed wine list.
